SET UP AND PACK UP TIME

Doors open for stall holders at 7.00am and close at 8.30am. Stall holders must be set up and ready to trade by 8.50am and trade until 12 noon that day. Any stall holder that fails to turn up before 8.30am will not be allowed access and no refund will be offered.

We suggest that you set up as early as possible to avoid stall holder congestion. At 12 noon the market closes to the public. Stall holders are required to keep trading until 12 noon and pack up between 12 noon and 1.00pm.

FLOORS

When carrying your goods in & out of the venue, please ensure that you do not bump walls or drag items across the floor. Any damage to the walls or floors (i.e. scratching) will result in the stall holder having to pay for the re-surfacing of the wall or floor.

CLOTHES RACKS

You may bring one clothes rack. You will have room beside your table to fit your rack. Please ensure that your clothes rack does not protrude too far past your table as it may congest the aisle. You will be asked to remove any additional racks on the day. Please note that you will need to bring your own clothes rack.

TABLE CLOTH

Please bring a table cloth to cover your trestle table. A single sheet does the job quite well! This assists with presentation and shoppers will be more attracted to your stall if your goods are well presented.
