Please do not place goods too far in front of your table protruding into the aisle, as it is a safety issue.

~ Only clean, quality, functional large items are to be sold.

~They must contain all screws, cords, cables, panels, or other fixings/pieces for the item to work properly.

~ Anything that is slightly broken, not working, not doing what it is supposed to WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This is due to legal requirements and the level of quality Bubs to Tweens offers to its customers.

IMPORTANT: Loose pieces lying in/around large items (i.e. a rain cover or blanket in a pram) may be stolen or lost. Tie/attach them safely to the item.

Doors open for stall holders at 7.00am and close at 8.30am. Stall holders must be set up and ready to trade by 8.50am and trade until 12 noon that day. Any stall holder that fails to turn up before 8.30am will not be allowed access and no refund will be offered.

We suggest that you set up as early as possible to avoid stall holder congestion. At 12 noon the market closes to the public. Stall holders are required to keep trading until 12 noon and pack up between 12 noon and 1.00pm.

When carrying your goods in & out of the venue, please ensure that you do not bump walls or drag items across the floor. Any damage to the walls or floors (i.e. scratching) will result in the stall holder having to pay for the re-surfacing of the wall or floor.

You may bring one clothes rack. You will have room beside your table to fit your rack. Please ensure that your clothes rack does not protrude too far past your table as it may congest the aisle. You will be asked to remove any additional racks on the day. Please note that you will need to bring your own clothes rack.

Please bring a table cloth to cover your trestle table. A single sheet does the job quite well! This assists with presentation and shoppers will be more attracted to your stall if your goods are well presented.

IMPORTANT - please make sure that your items, DO NOT OBSTRUCT EXIT DOORS AT ANY TIME.

Stall holders are NOT allowed to buy from other stall holders before 9.00am (this includes putting items on hold). This is for the simple reason that we have customers hoping to find the bargains they are looking for. It is only fair to offer them first chance of buying these items. The whole idea of Bubs to Tweens is stall holders participate to sell and shoppers attend to buy. After 9.00am, stall holders are able to shop like all other customers. Please note that stall holders who are identified as shopping before 9.00am may be asked to leave the market.

Once a booking has been made it is final, sorry we do not refund. In the case of an unforeseen circumstance we may be able to transfer your booking to the next available market date.
